How do I know what size to order?

We recommend referring to our sizing guidelines to find the best possible fit for you. Our size guides are designed to be true to fit for most of our pieces.

If a particular item runs smaller or larger than usual, specific sizing advice will be provided on the product page (for example, recommending you size up or down).
What payment methods do you accept?

Our websites accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Union Pay, PayPal, AfterPay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Once you "PLACE ORDER" we will debit your card funds immediately for the full order amount.
How long does shipping take?

We are partnered with Australia Post and offer two shipping options: standard and express. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location, so we recommend checking the Australia Post website for the most accurate estimates.

Orders are usually dispatched the next day after your order is placed.
Do you ship internationally?


At the moment, we only deliver within Australia. However, we are working towards offering international shipping in the near future.
What is your exchange policy?

At Lamuse, we only offer exchanges for items that are faulty or incorrect. We do not accept exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

At Lamuse, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing. For approved faulty or incorrect items, we offer a replacement or store credit.

Can sale items be exchanged or returned?

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or incorrect. In such cases, you will receive store credit for the amount paid for the faulty or incorrect item, which can be used towards a replacement or another item from our website.
