Shipping
We are partnered with Australia Post for all our deliveries. Most of our orders are shipped using flat rate packaging to keep shipping simple and reliable for our customers.
When will my order be shipped?
We aim to dispatch all orders the next day. If your order is placed on a weekend or a NSW public holiday, it will be dispatched on the next business day.
Purchases made on weekends and NSW public holidays are processed and shipped the following business day. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via the email provided at checkout.
Please note that estimated shipping and delivery times do not include dispatch times. During high-volume periods and sales, dispatch times may vary.
Does my order require a signature on delivery?
At this stage, orders do not require a signature on delivery. However, we recommend redirecting your parcel to your nearest post office if you are not home, to reduce the risk of lost or misplaced packages.
You will receive an email from Australia Post after your order has been dispatched, where you can manage your delivery preferences.
How long until the item gets delivered?
We are partnered with Australia Post and offer two shipping options: standard and express. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location, so we recommend checking the Australia Post website for the most accurate estimates.
Orders are usually dispatched the next day after your order is placed.
