At Lamuse Clothing, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.
Return Policy
As of now, we do not accept returns for incorrect sizing or change of mind. We only accept returns for incorrect or faulty items. We offer a period of 7 days to process a return for incorrect or faulty items from the day you receive the package. You will receive a store credit for the final amount paid for that item. Store credit expires within 12 months and can only be used on items on our website.
Items will only be accepted if returned in 100% original condition with tags: unworn, unwashed, un-perfumed, and free from make-up. Customers must cover the postage cost to send the item back to us. All sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or refunded, unless they are defective or faulty.

Items which do not satisfy the above conditions will not be accepted and the customer will be notified.
What do I do if I have received a faulty or incorrect item?
If you believe you have received an item with a manufacturing fault or an incorrect item, please email our team as soon as possible at lamuse.aus@gmail.com. Please attach 2–3 clear photos of the issue.
If the garment is confirmed to have a manufacturing fault, we will organise the return and offer store credit or a replacement item.
Please note that Lamuse does not accept returns for garments that have been damaged during washing or due to wear and tear.
How long do I have to inform and return a faulty or incorrect item?
We offer a maximum of 7 days for you to lodge a complaint after you receive the item at lamuse.aus@gmail.com for a faulty or incorrect item. It is recommended that you contact us as soon as possible if the item is damaged or incorrect.
